(OOC) Perceive System Permissions Post
Oct. 17th, 2012 12:16 pmIn person, and as long as he's wearing his bracelet, Apollo can pick up tells, the tiny (and not so tiny) physical quirks and nervous habits a person displays when they're lying. He doesn't always pick up everything, though, because he hasn't had a lot of practice yet and if someone's gotten really good at covering up for certain topics, he might not notice it either.
Even if he DOES notice a quirk that implies you're lying, he might not actually call you out on it -- he might either pass it off if it doesn't seem too important OR simply ask.
Therefore, here's a permissions post for you to fill out to let me know what he might notice and what's off limits.

This is the permissions list for OOC (out of character), activity.

Backtagging: yes - backtagging and backdating is totally welcome just contact me so i can make sure the thread timeline I keep is accurate!
Threadhopping: yes - threadhopping and threadjacking is totally welcome
Fourthwalling: sure, just ASK ME first!
Offensive subjects (elaborate): I do not find many things offensive unless you're being mean-spirited. If you're concerned I might take something the wrong way, ASK before you post it!

Hugging this character: yes. Either way he's going to blush and possibly flail. If you're a younger character, he's less likely to push you away and more likely to return the hug. If you're older, talk with me because the reaction will vary depending on the impression he gets of you.
Kissing this character: ASK ME. Generally, yes and he's likely to blush and fluster for most folks, BUT he may also punch you in the face if he doesn't like you.
Flirting with this character: yes, though expect that about 50% of the time any attempts at flirting will go completely over his head. He's kind of clueless sometimes. When it doesn't go over his head, you'll get a very blushy Apollo who may or may not return the sentiment.
Fighting with this character: yes. Talk with me about how we want the fight to go down. He's got a pretty good punch for an attorney, though.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): ASK ME FIRST. Generally, I'm fine if it's a broken bone or less. But still ASK because i may have to futz around with timeline stuff to make sure it's all still good.
Killing this character: ASK ME FIRST. Right now, this is a no. I may change my mind later.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Yes. But ASK ME about what you're character will learn. And just beware that he can sort-of pick up if you're lying about what you're doing. see this Perceive-Permissions post
